Business Email Append

But, many organizations face a fundamental challenge: how can they collect enough email addresses to begin meaningful online communication?

According to a 2001 Gartner report, 64% of at-work internet users in the US check their e-mail on a regular basis during the day. Additionally, 34% check it at least six times a day. Gartner finds that on average, users manage their e-mail accounts for 49 minutes each day at work.

Email use is rising fast. With consumers spending more time than ever in their email boxes, your clients have ample opportunity to communicate with them.

Email Append Process:

To Append Emails to your Business Database you will need to provide us your Database with Contact Name, Company Name, Address, Phone# and any additional information you have in one of the following formats.

Comma Delimited or CSV format

We maintain current domain address information for over 88 million companies in our Email Append Database. Through our proprietary software and Email append methodology combined with the 150 member email append team at our Data Centers that work 24x7x365, we can have records appended for virtually every business in North America and Europe.

We've broken the process down into four steps for your review:

Step 1 - Format and Upload
You put your data in a required file format (usually in coma delimited format, ms-excel, CSV) to prepare for the appending process. The data to be appended is uploaded via FTP or sent via email to our secure mail server where it is picked up for processing by an Email Append technician.

Step 2 – Corporate Domain Topology Matching
Once your data is completely uploaded and properly formatted, it is then matched against various Domain databases and Email Topology Pattern Repositories that is hosted by us. When a match is found, the email address is added to your file. Also, the Domain of the Company/Site is verified along with the Email Topology to finalize the email address, which is further verified via a Proprietary Email Append Software Control Process. The eMail addresses that are appended will be those matched and are successfully deliverable.

Step 3 - Opt-out Message (optional)
This step can be performed either by you or by us. In this step a standard message is sent to the newly appended emails indicating that you wish to communicate with them via email. This email gives the recipient the opportunity to opt-out if they choose. Click here to see opt-out message examples.

Step 4 - Download Appended File
Upon successful completion of the append process the appended file is ready to be downloaded by you. We can also send the appended data to you in CD or Tape format.


What this means to you

Since we have current domain address and email pattern, with all previous addresses for the businesses and contacts in our database and a robust Email append team, we are able to increase the likelihood that we can append a particular email address to your file…even if the addresses you have in your records are outdated. We also have a Superior append process through which we can identify additional target audience for you.


Our Email Append and Email Append Plus Processes

The file is matched against various databases and Email Topology Pattern Repositories that we host. When a match is found, the email address is added to the client’s file. We will be able to deliver between, 20% to 40% of the Appended Records Matched within 2-4 weeks through our Regular email append process.

In our Email Append Plus process The Domain of the Company/Site is verified manually along with the Email Topology to finalize the email address, which is further verified via our Proprietary Email Append Software Control Process. We will also verify Email Receipt via Opt-out/Opt-in mailer. You will see success rates ranging from 45% to 85+% success by the end of this process.

At the completion of the eMail Appending Process, the complete enhanced file is returned to you. The eMail addresses that are appended will be those matched and are successfully deliverable.

We will Guarantee to replace all returned emails (if any) within 30 days after completion of the append project
