Telephone append includes updated area codes on matched records.

These files are continuously updated by our partners to ensure accurate data. We utilize proprietary matching technology to ensure the most accurate phone numbers. Combined with our quick turnaround ensures the best service for our clients.

We strive to add phone numbers to all records in your database but movers and imperfections in both your database as well as ours prevent this. Normal match rates may vary between 45 to 70 percent. To provide you with more phone numbers we go to great lengths to enhance addresses, upgrade our matching software, build telephone preference suppression files, and update our universal databases with the most current changes.

For example, we correct and standardize the addresses in your database before phone appending. Please note we do not disturb your database. Our software-matching algorithm is continually being enhanced by our Research and Development Department. Our database of phones numbers is created from phone directories. We use three companies to create this database. Although these files are similar, all companies enhance their files differently. By matching your records against all files, you receive up to 15 percent more phone numbers.
